We were so fortunate to find Dawn and her company to do the staging on our
condo in Eagan. This is why. We first listed it in February of 2005. We
had very few showings, no
offers and wound up taking progressive price
reductions on the property. Moreover we had moved to Portland, Oregon
over
2,000 miles away so we knew we had to find someone we could trust.
We struck an agreement with Dawn
and before we knew it, Dawn had the condo
staged and looking great. The furnishings she picked out did not
overwhelm
the space but did a great job of conveying what it would look with
furniture.
Within 48 hours
we had an offer!!! I call that performance. Dawn obviously
knows the market and how to get the right things done.

Dear Home Squad,
I had Dawn re-do a room in my home. When
I came home, I was so pleased to see what had been done to my living room. The way we had it was boring
and uninteresting.
The newly arranged room was so warm and welcoming. Pictures were re-hung, nick-naks added and arranged in
ways that complimented the room. Furniture was at angles and placed in ways we would never have thought of. We are really
pleased with the outcome. We would not hesitate to recommend Home Squad to anyone.
