Home Squad offers Real Estate Staging for vacant and occupied homes.  We have so many Staging options, we are confident that we can provide some level of home staging to every client.  Whether, we add just a few furnishings to bring warmth, dimension and purpose to a room(s) or furnish the entire home.  Home Squad offers affordable decorating solutions with flexible pricing and payment plans, so we can work within any budget.  We use home furnishings from our own inventory, so we can control the quality and cost.   Research shows that professionally staged houses sell faster and for more money.  That is why it is best to stage® a house before it even goes on the market and having your home staged costs less than a typical price reduction.  After your home is professionally Staged by an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) it will be featured on our website as well as the Stagedhomes.com site.  Home Squad also specializes in Staging Model Homes.   We set the stage for buyers, so they can feel at home!

Got the pics it is amazing how much better it looks.  I am so sorry we

What you need to know

Staged_great_room.jpg

  • Buyers make up their mind about a house 20 seconds after they walk in the door.  First impressions are key to selling your house fast.  Houses should be staged before they are even put on the market.
  • Research shows that staged houses sell faster and for more money than those that are not.  Staged homes can sell for up to 22% higher and 40-50% faster.
  • Recent Home Gains sudy showed Homeowners see an average of 586% return on the money invested in Professionally Staging their property.
  • The cost of staging is less than a price reduction, that means more profit for you!  Just think, you could invest $200 or up to $2000 on staging instead of reducing the sale price of the house by the typical $10,000-20,000.  You do the math.
  • Staging your house for sale may be tax deductible (if the profit is considered taxable income), save your receipt

        How it works:

  1. First we come to the property to take pictures and notes.
  2. We will give you an estimate for the staging within 24-48 hours.
  3. We set up a day to come back to stage the property.
  4. On staging day we will ask you to leave the house while we work.  This is crucial to the design process.
  5. We will call you or your Realtor when we are done and unveil your redesigned space.
  6. We may leave suggestions or ideas for any further work we think you may want to do or have done.
